How do I book a car?
Send us a message on WhatsApp or give us a call. Tell us which car you would like, your dates and where you want to collect it. We then confirm availability and the full price, and the booking is done in a couple of minutes.
Can I pick up the car at Tirana Airport?
Yes. Drive&Go is based at Tirana International Airport (Rinas), so meeting you there is the most natural option for us. Just tell us your arrival date when you book.
Can you deliver the car to my hotel or address?
Yes, delivery to your location is one of our standard options, alongside the airport and our office. Share the hotel name or address when you book and we will bring the car there.
How much does it cost, and are there hidden fees?
The price depends on the car you choose and the dates of your rental. We confirm the full price before you book, and no hidden fees are added later.
Is insurance available?
Yes, full insurance is available for our cars. Ask us for the details when you book and we will explain what it includes.
Are your cars automatic?
Yes, every car in the fleet has an automatic gearbox. Most of them run on diesel.
How long can I rent a car for?
You can rent a car for a single day, a week or longer. Just tell us your dates and we will plan around them.
What happens if I have a problem on the road?
Our support runs 24/7 and includes roadside assistance. Call us or send a WhatsApp message at any hour and we will help you.
How is the car’s condition recorded at handoff?
When we hand over the car, we photograph its condition together with you. That way, both of us have the same clear record from the start.
Which cars can I rent?
We rent cars from Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, Range Rover, Porsche, Volkswagen, Hyundai and Skoda. You can choose between luxury cars, SUVs, sedans, hatchbacks and an 8-seat minivan. Browse by type to compare the models.
